It was taken at a petrol station on the way up to Hoay Maw, i have no idea what it meant, as the mens loos were in the other direction but from the smell i think it was another set of mens.(may i add they are not what you expect loos to be like; holes in the ground, so it wouldn't surprise me if it was an open free for all)
